The lovers body is a structuring device, a peg system to mount our own bodies. Our social sexual imagination, attracts us into a symbolic space of fragmented abstractions. Motivated by movement we spin into a circular form, and slide upwards into being. This symbolic index is both evident and a vapor, as we shift between the experience of relatability and use-value. The designed vessel leads us into the space of hierarchy, which is then flattened and physically scaled down into the shape of a coin. These manifest forms derived from dirt which mirror our own bodies are at once a portrait of ourselves and a robot version stripped to function. Two lovers, their discrete forms cannot be separated only shifting or spinning over. In these dynamics we do not see a front and back, their contingency creates a space in-between. On one hand we can think of a ring: Shove your cock in one and it will suppress the blood flow, the noose creating a stronger erection. On one hand we can think of a dinner plate: its platform of nourishment, entertainment and servitude.
